Meier’s Meat Processing officially opened its doors in 2022, focusing on custom deer processing and expanding into high-quality venison sausage production. With a passion for wild game and a commitment to quality, our goal has always been to provide exceptional meats and service that leave every customer 100% satisfied.
Darren Meier brings over 13 years of hands-on experience in the meat industry, working in everything from sanitation and packaging to managing a sausage kitchen. During this time, he mastered the art of crafting fine-quality sausage products. When his previous employer began scaling back their wild game business, he seized the opportunity to create his own family-owned meat processing business.
Today, Meier’s Meat Processing operates out of a small, dedicated shop at our founder’s residence, with ongoing improvements made every year to better serve our customers. Looking ahead, we plan to relocate to a larger facility designed specifically for wild game processing — allowing us to continue growing while maintaining the high standards our customers expect.
